Bensouda: A key witness in Uhuru's case was bribed

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports International Criminal Court prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has said that a key witness in the case against Uhuru Kenyatta’s was bribed and she has evidence.

In her submissions, she claims that the critical Witness Four, a former Mungiki leader, was paid to withdraw his testimony after the confirmation hearings.

The witness had said that he attended the meetings in State House and the Nairobi Club where Kenyatta and former head of Public Service Francis Muthaura allegedly planned violence.
