CJ: We are ready to handle poll disputes

Nairobi - The Standard reports Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has said that the Judiciary is ready to handle poll disputes and petitions will be heard and determined faster. 

According to Mutunga, Presidential petition will be determined in 14 days while all other disputes within six months by 114 judges and 436 magistrates across the country.

Leave for all judicial officials has thus been cancelled.
