Commonwealth: Elections will be free and fair

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will conduct a free and fair election according to the Commonwealth Observer Group.

According to the leader of the observer mission, former Botswana President Festus Mogae, his only apprehension was the complex nature of the voting process where voters are required to elect six candidates.

He said voters could have a hard time casting the six ballots.
