Four pupils run over, killed on highway

Uasin Gishu - Four pupils died on the spot when they were hit by a car in Burnt Forest area along Eldoret Nakuru Highway on Monday afternoon.

According to The Standard, another pupil who was in the company of the four was injured and is in a critical condition.

He was rushed to Moi Referral & Teaching Hospital. Police confirmed the arrest of the driver saloon car. The accident happened at around 1pm, when the pupils of Kapkoi Primary School were walking home during a lunch break.
