Grenade attack kills one

Garissa -  A man died and seven other people including a police officer were injured in grenade and gun attacks on a police car Garissa Town on Monday night.

According to The Standard, the body of the deceased aged 22 years, was found with gunshot wounds a few meters from the scene.

According to the police, the man tried to escape from the scene after the attack but was overwhelmed and his body was discovered almost an hour later.
