Gunmen kill 7 at mosque in Liboi

Liboi -  Seven people were shot dead by gunmen believed to be Al Shabaab militants in Liboi on Thursday morning, Capital News reports.

Two of them are women who were attacked after they responded to screams at a mosque in Maleley near the Kenya-Somalia border.

Garissa County Commissioner Maalim Mohammed confirmed the incident saying that the attack occured as faithfuls went in for prayers; leaving seven dead.
