Hague - Judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) have rejected an application to reconsider their decision regarding victims’ participation when trials kick off.
According to the Standard, the three-judge Bench rejected the request that had been made by former legal representative of victims Sureta Chana in the case against Eldoret North MP William Ruto and Radio journalist Joshua arap Sang.
In their decision, the judges said Chana had failed to persuade the Chamber that their earlier decision was manifestly unsound.
