ICC releases a list of witnesses

Hague - The Trial Chamber V has received the list of witnesses to testify against Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Joshua arap Sang and Francis Muthaura from chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.

According to The Standard, she concealed the list containing the names of the witnesses with the document marked Confidential ex parte Annex A submitted to the ICC judges.

She stated the list contains the names of witnesses whom the Chamber has granted delayed disclosure or for whom an application is pending.
