IEBC: Most voters didn't verify their details

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has revealed that about 90 per cent of registered voters did not verify their registration details in January as advised by the commission.

The National Alliance party had demanded that IEBC drops the use of green books and excel sheets as alternative identification records if the laptops and the poll books fail.

This means that 12.9 million voters stand high risk of discovering erroneous entries on their registration details on the voting day.
