Journalists beaten by GSU officers

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports two Nation Media Group journalists who were covering riots in Kibera were assaulted on Sunday night by General Service Unit officers.

Their cameras' memory cards were confiscated despite the journalists identifying themselves.

Dennis Okeyo, a Nation photographer and John Otanga, an NTV cameraman, were attacked at Karanja in Kibera.
