Saitoti family stops court from proceedings

16 November 2012, 17:02

Nakuru - Daily Nation reports that the High Court has stopped a magistrate’s court in Nakuru from proceedings with a case filed by a couple claiming that the son of late Internal Security Minister George Saitoti is their child.

Justice Isaac Lenaola issued the orders following an urgent application by Prof Saitoti’s widow Margaret and her son Zachary Musengi.

Margaret and her son filed the application claiming that the suit by the Subukia couple is an ulterior motive by fraudsters to extort money from the family.
