VIDEO: Post-election violence victims want CJ fired

26 February 2013, 10:14

Nairobi - Daily Nation reports two post-election violence victims want the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to fire Chief Justice Willy Mutunga over alleged gross misconduct.

In a petition to the JSC, John Kiama and Samuel Kamau want the commission to declare that the CJ displayed utter lack of competence by his recent utterances and death threat claims.

According to them, the utterances were careless, malicious, alarming and intimidating and that his move displayed lack of competence to be Kenya’s CJ.
