Nairobi - The Standard reports a row has emerged in CORD leadership in Nairobi after three candidates claimed they were being forced to quit the gubernatorial race.
Philip Kisia of Federal party, Mutinda Kavemba of Wiper and Eric Mokua of Ford People said in spite of the pressure, they won't quit in favour of ODM's Evans Kidero.
While addressing a press conference at the KICC on Thursday, the candidates said they were duly nominated by their parties and will not accept what they termed as schemes to impose one candidate by the alliance.
