IEBC: Kimemia must explain the allegations

Nairobi - Capital News reports Head of the Civil Service Francis Kimemia has received a letter from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) over the allegations of his involvement in partisan politics.

Internal Security PS also received a letter regarding the same issue.

IEBC chairman Issack Hassan said on Thursday that the request follows an official complaint received from the Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) alleging that Francis Kimemia and PS Mutea Iringo were engaging in partisan campaigns.
