Karua storms out of presidential debate

20 February 2013, 17:01

Nairobi - The Standard reports that Narc Kenya's presidential candidate Martha Karua on Wednesday walked out in what appeared as a protest of Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka presence in a presidential debated organised by COTU.

Karua criticized the move to invite Kalonzo to the debate at the forum held at the Laico regency hotel and moderated by COTU.

The Narc Kenya leader's face appeared irritated immediately Kalonzo arrived and was seen asking the VP not to take a chair among the presidential candidates and instead sit among the congregation.
