Mudavadi warns voters over electing ICC suspects

Kisii - The Standard reports Musalia Mudavadi has warned Kenyans against electing individuals facing charges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) due to possible sanctions by the international community.

The Amani Coalition presidential candidate who was on a campaign trail in Kisii said politicians claiming the country does not need the international community were hoodwinking Kenyans.

He said the threat of sanctions by the international community was real and the economy would be seriously hurt if such people were elected.
