Petitions against Kimunya and Gumbo dismissed

Nairobi - Daily Nations reports petitions challenging the nomination of Amos Kimunya and Nicholas Gumbo have been dismissed by a three judge bench.

A petition that questioned the authenticity of Hassan Joho's academic papers was also dismissed by the three judge bench.

The High Court Judges were Justices Weldon Korir, David Majanja and George Odunga.
