Presidential aspirants hunt western votes

Kakamega -  Raila, Uhuru and Musalia have pitched tent in western Kenya as the hunt for votes intensifies ahead of the March polls.

According to Daily Nation, the three leading coalitions, The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord), the Jubilee alliance and the Amani coalition are seeking to outshine each other in the race to rally voters in the region.

The western region includes the former Western and Nyanza provinces and parts of the Rift Valley.
