Raila says they have evidence of election rigging

Nairobi - The Standard reports Prime Minister Raila Odinga has said he is confident that the challenge to the election of Uhuru Kenyatta, as president will succeed at the Supreme Court.

He claimed that his Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) team has evidence proving the elections were bungled to hand Uhuru, the Jubilee Alliance candidate, victory.

However, Cord is yet to formally lodge the petition at the Supreme Court, but according to the law, it has until Monday.
