Ruto plotted to grab land, court told

20 February 2013, 10:46

Eldoret - Daily Nation reports William Ruto had a plot to grab a 100-acre farm belonging to Adrian Muteshi, a post-election violence victim in Eldoret North.

It is alleged that Ruto met two people in his office to execute the plan.

Muteshi alleges that Ruto grabbed his 100-acre farm in Eldoret North after he fled the 2008 post-election violence while his lawyer says Ruto, who was Agriculture minister, paid the two KES 600,000 to execute the plan.
